We could start off by listing many diverse reasons to exercise. However, one common factor regarding our many reasons to exercise is that we want to feel better about ourselves. Regardless of whether the basis are physical health or mental health, exercise is good for us. The video below is probably one of my favorites. Tony Desnick, Director for Development and New Projects with Nice Ride Minnesota, makes the case that bikes are saving the world from itself. Bicycles really do change you and, in amazing ways, change the community around you.
